GNB organized the half-early managerial conference from 1st to 3rd August 2023 at RRF training and research center (TARC) in Jashore.
The conference aimed to focus on organizational sustainability through crisis management, indicating the company’s commitment to handle challenges and continue thriving.
During the conference, the Country Director of GNB delivered the opening remarks, stressing the importance of crisis management in maintaining organizational sustainability. This highlights GNB’s proactive approach to dealing with potential crises and ensuring the organization’s continued success.
To recognize and appreciate the efforts of the Community Development Project (CDP) and Project with Specific Program (PSP) managers for their contributions to the development of children and the community, GNB awarded them during the conference. This gesture not only inspires the managers but also emphasizes the significance of their connection with the children and the community.
